What changed

• Translate docs/source/backwardcomp.mdx to docs/source/zh/backwardcomp.mdx
• Translate CONTRIBUTING.md to docs/source/zh/contributing.md
• Create docs/source/zh/_toctree.yml for "About" section

How was this tested (or how to run locally)

1. Follow the instructions in docs/README.md to build and preview the documentation:

   rm -rf ~/tmp/test-build
   doc-builder build lerobot docs/source/zh --build_dir ~/tmp/test-build
   doc-builder preview lerobot docs/source/zh

2. Open the following links in a browser to verify the translated documentation:
   • http://localhost:5173/backwardcomp
   • http://localhost:5173/contributing
